Procedure for preparing carrot kheer Scrape out the outer layer of carrot and cut it into small pieces. Grind the carrot finely in a mixie with the addition of a small quantity of water. Now drain out the juice seperately. Now pour the carrot juice, milk and add sugar, cardomom powder in a container and boil for 2 minutes. Filter it and allow it to cool for some time.
